My boys love this school! The teachers are top notch and there are several free extra curricular activities that are offered that allow my boys to build relationships with their peers outside of school. We transferred here from another Flower Mound school rated the same and this one is far better. The problem that I am experiencing lately is that in the front of the school when we walk home, in order to cross the front intersection of the school entrance to go to the cafeteria the cars do not stop for pedestrians.
Althought there are yield signs, cars does not follow the signs. The school should request for Safety Patrol volunteers like the Forestwood middle school has. This will improve the security of our children. This school was great when my older daughter who is now in middle school attended. It has steadily gone down hill in recent years.
It is very much run like a prison camp now. The administration behave like prison wardens rather than educators. It is not a good environment for children at all.
