This saddle will be sound and in useable condition but will show heavy signs of wear, scuffs, scratches, discolouration etc. The saddle may require minor cosmetic repairs if so it will be stated in the description. This saddle will be in Good or Very Good Condition.

This saddle will be immaculate and show very light signs of wear. It may also be an Ex Demo saddle which has been used a couple of times, or a new saddle without tags. Buy the one you want on our website, once happy with it, we then arrange a courier to collect the old one from you, and once received we will transfer you the payment.

Please call — or email sales manhattansaddlery. We require all trial saddles be paid for in full via credit card before the saddle is picked up or shipped. This trial period commences the day the saddle is picked up, or the day a shipped saddle delivers to your address, and ends 7 days later. If you are sending the saddle back, please send us a tracking number confirming return shipment on or before the final day of your trial.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we suggest insuring the package for the full value of the saddle.

The full value of the saddle, less any applicable shipping fees, will be refunded back to your card promptly after the saddle arrives back at Manhattan Saddlery and has been assessed for any damage incurred while on trial.
